NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hidden Valley Lake Community Services District will hold a public hearing regarding the adoption of a proposed ordinance concerning Directors’ compensation and reimbursement. The ordinance is summarized as follows:

The proposed ordinance outlines the terms, eligibility, and structure of compensation and reimbursement for Directors serving on Hidden Valley Lake Community Services District's governing board. The proposed ordinance, if adopted, would increase the amount of compensation to $197.99 per meeting or day of service while providing for annual increases pursuant to an appropriate Consumer Price Index and will limit such compensation to no more than six  days per month.
